Taking Christ to the Community Daily

ZHBC Missions Possible

Mission Statement

Our Mission is to go out into the World and express the love of our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus,
through means that reflect His Light shining from us
so that all men might see and come to a real understanding of His saving Grace. Amen.

We accomplish our mission through a corporate time of fellowship, work and worship scheduled in the month of June.

We have the opportunity to minister to the community through help projects such as:
Build ramps for wheelchairs.
Help with Vacation Bible School.
Visit and Pray with the elderly and the physically handicap that are shut in.
Hand out literature about God and His service, with compassion of peace and love through conversation.
Repair missing shingles, loose hand rails, broken doors, etc…..
with the hope of seeing right thinking by putting on the helmet of salvation, (our shingles),
a tighter grip on reality, (our firm handrail),
and repaired broken lives, (doorways allowing everything worldly to come in, replaced with a door that only opens from within).

Our tools we will be using are the talents and spiritual gifts that are given to us
when we came to an understanding to accept the plan of salvation.
These tools are used to gain access so we can minister in a way that will
accomplish the need of the flesh as well as the need of the spirit.
Do the first ministry for, the flesh, in hopes to obtain the second, for unity of the spirit, through Christ. Amen.

Missions Possible is open to not only youth (and some adults) from our church,
but also other like minded area churches.
Signup takes place in April each year.

“Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?
Then said I, Here am I; send me.”
